Forsaken, orc, and troll rogues all start out with a "thug" set of shirts, pants, and shoes. The troll versions, while named the same, are brown, instead of dark blue.

These boots are part of the starting outfit for Troll rogues. They also start with Thug Shirt, Thug Pants, Worn Dagger and Crude Throwing Axe.
