(Item #19051) Isn't a bad match for this set if you're using it for transmog. A lot easier to get hold of than the alternatives since it's crafted by blacksmithing.

Also Hyperion Gauntlets: (Item #10386) make a pretty good match if you're not having much luck getting the gloves from Viscidus

I was thinking the pally only Gloves of the Redeemed Prophecy (AQ 40) but they look silly compared to the Gauntlets of the Righteous Champion.

If you were wanting aq 40 pally only gloves though, I guess Gloves of the Redeemed Prophecy would be the way to go ;D

As of 4.0.1 this gear (Only head and shoulders) has been recolored.
On live, you can see that this one is.. Dark brown.
I have no idea why they made it dark brown, but you know Blizzard.

Prot had a set long before pally tanks were more then just trade troll jokes. Death Bone guardian. look it up.

** Crap, forgot they turned it into a generic tanking set. Used to give tons of armor, stam, def, and Mp/5. 5 pieces. Very nice for a mana hungry pally tank trying to hold aggro with consecration since they didn't have any taunts at all back then.

Still couldn't tank a raid though since their talents could only max block around 70-ish percent, and required getting your face critted in about 4-5 times to even proc redoubt. Though they were nice for reg instances.
