I did this quest with my rogue. I killed them with the help of the Outriders. All you need to do is wait for them at the Outriders post. I just wait for them to clash, then just picked them one at a time.

(Hunter,Warlock, Warrior)Best way to find these guys is to split up and wait around the coords above. We found them 1st on the road between Regal and Zora, but got&nbsp dragged into the fight 1 by 1 so only scored one kill for our sacrifice. After we all treked back from the graveyard, we headed north west and found them again on the NW tip of Zora. We waited for them to attack the NPCs and quickly moved in and took out the elite. The rest were easy to clear with the NPCs help. Using AOE helped weaken them for the NPCs to pick off too.

The horde can solo it. When they go pass the horde camp next to hive'regal pull them and kite them to the orgrimmar soldiers. They will fight for you and kill them. Maybe you will have to wait for them some time but they will come :)

1st of all, they do not patrol the area, they just spawn at tree locations where 4 cenarion lvl60 outriders are standing. There are 9 Marauders and 1 Elite.

If you do not have aoe, or heavy epic equiped (i have epic daggers, but only 2 pcs of epic armor), I do not think you can win this. I tried several times. I tried hitting adds first, can kill 2 or 3, but cenarions are dead by that time. I tried hitting Morna, but cenarion are dead by the time I get Morna to 20%.

If you think you can kill them one by one, and even corpse run, you can't, there's no time...

What you can do is hit as many adds you can (it counts in quest, I have 5 marauders slained already), and then someow try to get Morna to finish the quest...

If you don't have AOE, or you are hunter, I say just dump the quest, it's too expensive and time consuming...

edit: BTW rogues be carefull before using Vanish, if you have some debuff I think piercing howl, it will break vanish...

Pretty easy, wasn't able to get all 5 marauders in 1 patrol though.&nbsp First, I follwoed them to the Cenarian Outriders and waited for them to attack.&nbsp Then, at max distance, I engaged Morna and kited her back pretty far away from her adds.&nbsp Once she went down, I let the outriders tank 2-3 of the marauders for me, FD, and left.&nbsp On the next group, I got max distance from a marauder, 1v1 him, and repeat on another to complete the quest.

Whats the timer on these guys? Does anyone know? My group waited for them at all of the 3 patrol spots (1 guy at each spot) for atleast 30min and nothing happened anywhere!

How would you solo 8 normal guys plus an elite if you don't have some AOE fear? You attack one they all come. They are Warriors and all charge/knockdown.You can't even stay on your feet.

The worst part about this quest is the waiting around.&nbsp There are three known places to find them, but you don't know which one they're at and they don't stay too long, and you can lose your advantage of having the outriders if you show up too late while looking at the different spots.&nbsp You could probably kill 50 cultists or redo field duty for the same amount of rep in that time.&nbsp When I started typing this message, I was thinking that waiting for them more than once was too much, but I'm starting to think that waiting for them once is too much.

I have 6/8 soulforge and did this solo this at the south end.

Blizz may have fixed something as the respawn rate is approx 15-20 mins.

Took me a few tries. My suggestions :

1. Stay far back enough that the guards will engage first but not so far that you will attract a spider/scorpion.

2. Use a fast sword and shield with blessing of light judged and seal of crusader. Use concerate to "tag" all the mobs.

3. Switch to concentration aura to heal yourself. Use a health potion, bubble heal, lay on hands as a final resort.

1st : I got a scorpion add (see point 1 above) but killed Morna and one guard. I ran back and they were still there. I killed the scorpion and went after them again (the ch riders were all dead)

2nd : I got 3 more guards but died (LOH still on cooldown).

3rd : Went back and waited. I started typing my thoughts here and got attacked (see point 1 above). Clearly you want the guards to engage 1st then you jump in. Not have them all mob you. I managed to get my last one this time while being swarmed.

Must have been bugged for me cause there were 8 riders and then the elite, the elfs jumped them and got slaughtered, no clue how this was soloable.

Ok, having done this quest a great number of times in the last few days, I've noted the following.

Morna (an Elite) only has 2 Guards, both Non-Elite. She spawns in the north of Silithus, as per the map on her WowHead page, with them both in tow.

When she gets to the the Cenarion Outriders at 69,36 she circles round and attacks all 4 of them. They are Non-Elite also and after a few minutes of fighting, they wipe out her Guards, however she then takes them out and continues down towards the AQ Instances.
NB: Sometimes, one of her Guards will survive with her, sometimes, she will die here.

The best thing to do is run down the path to the AQ Instances, looking for her on the road. If you don't find her, back track across to the northern Outrunners, as per the path she would normally take and wait here, your looking at about a five minute respawn timer, asuming you've killed her or she's not down the bottom.
Kill her here, and wait for her to come back, repeat this three times, to get all the required Guards, (Marauders). The Outrunners will help, but you'll need to do DPS on all three for the kills to count.

At level 70, you get 2 Cenarion Circle Reputation per kill, plus 150 for the Quest. (Non-Human).

In the "Old Days" she had five Guards, all of whom were also Elite. They'd wipe the Outrunners, and anyone else in their way. I'm guessing, but with the reputation increases and the Elite removal, this quest has been forgotten about, therefore still requiring five not two Marauders (Guards) to be killed.

The map shows her and her guards as all over the eastern side of Silithus. I found that if I met up with the Cenarion Outriders (http://classicdb.ch/?npc=15545) in the northeast (69.35) and waited, then Twilight Marauder Morna and two Twilight Marauders spawned.

Solo'ed this as a lvl 60 Hunter.

There were 4 lvl 58 Twilight Marauders, 2 lvl 59 Twilight Marauders, and Twilight Marauder Morna is lvl 60 elite.

I put my pet on a lvl 58 Twilight Marauder, cast Hunter's Mark, Bestial Wrath, Serpent Sting, and then whatever was not on cool down. I killed the Marauder, let my pet die and feigned death, then recovered and did the same again. I was about to repeat this a third time when the Cenarion Outriders arrived, so I switched to Twilight Marauder Morna and killed her while the Outriders killed the other Marauders. I killed a few Hive'Regal bugs while waiting for the Twilight Marauders to respawn and picked off 3 more lvl 58 Marauders as before.

Ok, the marauders attack cenarion patrols that spawn in specifc places, in order from north to south to west. The patrols spawn approximately in order: 67,36 , 38,78 , 23,44. There is a 60 elite named and 9 non-elite 58-59s. They do charge pong people in your group. I did it with a 60 mage and 60 warrior, I am a 60 druid. We waited till they were attacking a patrol to add more to the battle. I would suggest you have 4 or 5 in your group for it. Good luck.

Paladin + Priest can do this.
You send in the paladin, he does one consecration, and tanks up the elite, while he keep healing himself.
The priest, simply jumps around AoEing with holy nova. Done it twice like this, works perfectly, only problem is that priest might run oom, so have a mana pot ready.

As a rogue (epic equipped) I was able to solo this quest twice, three times if you count the one where I forgot to actually accept the quest =/

Rode around the three patrol points until I caught up with the marauders. Then waited until they engaged the cenarion guards. From there singled out Morna and brought her down, followed by as many guards as possible until the 5 needed were done. Finished off the entire group of them twice, alas the cenarion guys were dead by then. But so long as you can kill her and let the patrol guys keep her buddies busy it's not entirely difficult.

edit: Riposte/blade flurry are invaluable for this, imo. I disarmed many of the marauders during the fighting and blade flurry can easily let you kill two at once.
