Sadly, this is the largest-slot ammo pouch obtainable by Horde prior to level 30. If you have a 29 twink hunter on the Horde side that uses a gun, be sure to get this.

It is unclear where this item comes from, or whether it exists at all in classic. If you're after a >8 slot ammo pouch, it looks as though the crafted lvl 30 Heavy Leather Ammo Bag is your only option.
