This shirt is part of the starting outfit for Dwarf and Night Elf hunters. They also start with Rugged Trapper's Pants and Rugged Trapper's Boots. Night Elves also start with Worn Dagger and Worn Shortbow, while Dwarves have Worn Axe and Old Blunderbuss.

Every hunter starts the game wearing this shirt. If you want it for another toon, just create a hunter and mail the shirt to it. Same with any other class shirt.

Horde Hunters start with the regular Trapper's Shirt equipped. Alliance Hunters start with the Rugged Trapper's Shirt.
