its part of a exploration quest sort of it has like 3 quest and they are all in riddle its quite fun it start in wetlands i think it was underneath the bridge entering into the harbor

I'm sure its a 14 slot. because i kept it for a bag in bank. maybe it was another but i'm pretty sure it was this 1

This quest chain starts from one of the boats in southern STV - east of booty bay. It is a small scroll called ''Cortello's riddle'', it has 3 parts to it. The final quest reward is this - but it is a 14 slot bag, not a 12 slot bag.
