got mine from Hogger too.. sells for 40g to a vendor! but you need it as part of the new legendary anti-lag trinket or anti-DC necklace quest coming with the expansion set so I'm not gonna sell it.

Apparently, when Blizzard send you mail in-game, it uses this Stationary, but I don't know why you'd get mail from a GM - all correspondence I've had with a GM was through /tells. This goes with the "Spawn Points" a bit back - something I'll never see, but it makes me laugh whenever I see things like this in the updates.

I've had dozen of letters from customer support by reporting gold farmer names when they send me tells for gold selling websites
