only done this quest once, didnt know you got a reward from it, was just clearing my quest log.
today i got the reward bag and this pattern was in it. LOL
good thing i checked here first.

I just got it by turning in the texts to hermit ortell in silithus. so it does exsist and i sold it for 75g

Yeh it seems to be the rarest one :( and the only one i still need.

Random reward you can get from the repeatable True Believers quest

Ive taken now over 1200 texts to the caveman and i still miss this pattern. I got other stygian patterns aswell as those darkrune patterns many times but not this. Therefore i think its removed or moved to somewhere. Any1 can confrim getting this pattern after 1.10 patch, if so, from where?

Confirmed: recieved this pattern after patch 1.120 as a random add to my true believers reward bag. Strange thing was I only did the quest at all for the first time reward, I wasn't even aware you could get patterns this way!

Got it last night so I can confirm it does exist :)
