Just to clear things up, for anyone that didn't get it from the earlier post, you have to turn in the 10 encrypted twighlight texts to hermit ortell, and after a while he'll send mail to you. If you turn in the texts to the tauren in cenarion hold you'll get 100 rep bonus with the cenarion circle. To turn in the texts to ortell you have to do a different quest chain first, where you have to first locate ortell, then get the tablets for him. However, unless you're going for one of the recipes he sends to you, I'd recommend getting the 100 rep. It's better if you're going to be dealing with the cc a lot.

U can be hated with cenarion and do it...
But u need to the quest that u have to get the tables at crystal vale
Then the hermit give u a quest to get lexicons from twilight lords at twilight camps and Then u can turn these in.

Got mine in the mail today.  I turned in 10 twilight text to the hermit yesterday and today i got a bag of goodies and this was in it.

Ok.... Did the quest series and can turn them in to the Hermit guy... Yay!
Turned in 20 yesterday, got 2 different packages in the mail - so yes you can turn in text several times.
But... All I got in one was a agility scroll and in the other and a scroll to create a crest of beckoming (whatever that is).
No Breastplate plans ***cry***.
Sooo... not freindly with the guys yet - will presents become better when friendly?
Any feedback appreciated

This is the most common recipe... If i was you, I wouldn't buy this for more than 10g in AH... How do i know it's the most common one? Well, I've turned in 300 of those Twilight Texts(30 bags) and i've received this four times and the Runed Stygian Belt recipe four times as well.. I received the Runed Stygian Leggings only once... That one seems to be rarest along with the Darkrune Helm recipe.. Good Luck.. Going back to Silithus now.. I want that helmet :/
