This sword is a drop off of Atiesh (a demon) after you complete the Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian questline. Only the person who completes the quest can loot it (as far as I know), and it only lasts while you're in Stratholme (where the last part of the chain takes you).

A rogue in my guild got to dual wield legendarys (thunderfury with this), when one of our locks was doing the quest.

This weapon is only meant as a small bonus or fun item when fighting the demon for the Atiesh quest. You can pick it up from the ground half way through the fight and use it from then on until logging out for 15 minutes or leaving Stratholme.
Therefore it's no use at all and a weapon like this will never be in the game. It is way too strong and you should realize that by just looking at the stats.
And anyone from now on asking "where do I get this?" is simply too stupid to browse this page.

1) You get this item by fighting Atiesh in Strat.
2) He drops this once he gets to a certain percentage of health, or at a set time one of those. :D
3) It bounds to you for 10 minutes, or until you leave the instance.
4) You cannot kill Atiesh without a melee class looting the sword.

1. This weapon drops off the demon summoned as the finisher for the Atiesh questline. Either that, or it is used in the fight somehow (Disarm him and use his weapons against him?)
2. Not only is this a conjured item-meaning it only lasts 15 minutes if you log out- but it's also Stratholme specific. If you leave stratholme, it vanishes instantly.
3. Every second you have it on, you lose 5% of your health.

Listen...On the atiesh quest you need to kill a demon in Stratholme, you summon him with the part of atiesh you already have.  You summon the demon and at 50% hp he drops this so you have enough DPS to kill him otherwise it's impossible.  It is a conjured item can only be used in Stratholme and it disappears after 15 minutes after logout.  So unless you want to log on every 15 minutes of your life and live in Stratholme then you can't have it.

For all you people saying o noes! i can't use it permanantley!
a) You will never even see this demon
b) Think of how over-powered it would be
c) lvl a 60 and get off the PTR's :)
d) In the expansion, weapons will be so much better that this will be el-stupido

Green items: Random disdnchant, by level of item mostly
Blue Item: A shard done by ranking of level of item mostly
Epic items: Nexus Cyrstal
Legendary Items: CANNOT BE DISENCHANTED, tried says cannot be disenchanted, just like if u dry do disenchant a white/grey item.

This weapon is arguably the most powerful one-handed weapon in the game its absurd 600 added damage is amazing this used in combination with a rouge is ridicules 600 damage boost to everything is absurd.

Although blizzard could've used absolutely anything as the quest item, starting with some weird green goo to the Flaming Eye of Atiesh, they had to teast every single rogue, warrior and hunters with it.

I don't really see the point of this item since it already dropps off the demon and is therefore no help in the fight against him.

Ok listen up this wep. exist you will get it when u are doing the Q line i stratholme when you are making Atiesh... it will drop from a boss a bit inside a fight the warrior will then grap it(or the rouge who cares) and u will make alot more damage or make alot of Aggro

This seems to be Blizzard's idea of a joke. They give you the ultimate 1H weapon but you can't take it outside of Stratholme and it disappears after 10 minutes or something.
Imagine how you would feel with this. You've got the best weapon that will ever be in the game but it's no use to you.
