Before Cataclysm, this shirt was part of the starting outfit for Orc, Troll Tauren and Undead Warriors.
It's no longer generated with new Warriors, but may still be available from your local Auction House.

The other items in the warrior starting outfit are Brawler's Pants and Brawler's Boots. (Tauren and Trolls do not start with boots.)
Orc Warriors also start out with a Worn Battleaxe..
Undead Warriors also start out with a Worn Shortsword and Worn Wooden Shield.
Tauren Warriors also start out with Battleworn Hammer.
Troll Warriors also start out with Worn Axe,Worn Wooden Shield, and Crude Throwing Axe.

I lost this and long after that wanted a new one, only way to have new is to make new character and get someone to get it to you :DD

Got it on my gnome female warrior
had to get it traded via Gadgetzan before the patch that made STV + Winterspring have AH's

... and for some reason, my comment got voted down just for saying that. Looks like some AH resellers don't want Alliance players to know where to get these shirts for themselves. :P
