If I'm not mistaken, that item was around in the WoW Friends & Family alpha. It certainly has nothing to do with the new spells from the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj.

This is not that good anyway. Most 60 priests that are healing ahve alot +heal gear and use lover ranks anyway.

ok yeah this is messed up, that should be teaches flash heal rank 9 or 10 or something like that and require level 60...
