This set drops entirely from Lucifron to Golemagg in Molten core. In my opinion, the best part of this set is the 5 piece set bonus. After I had most of my tier 2 and other BWL and AQ40 items I went back to MC to get my 5 pieces of nightslayer. In PvP the 120 eneergy can be devestating. Enjoy this set for its bonuses, its stats, and simply because it looks cool.

Clearly the bonuses granted by this set is way too PVP-oriented. I use this set for PVP while Bloodfang is utilised in PVE.

Yes 120 energy affords some fabulous results by an immediate successive blow. Do not understandestimate its value; many times in BG it has meant the difference between life and death.

I plan on transing into this armor... but I really really wish I could find shoulders that don't look bad that still match the set. Any suggestions?

Does the +10 energy bonus stack with Assassin's resolve bonus of + 20 energy when using dual daggers?
Up to 130 energy? Would be pretty bad news to enemies in pvp :P
