The gear is recommended to be at the level of the last four pre-60 dungeons (Stratholme, Scholomance, Dire Maul, and lastly Blackrock Spire). All-around (druids that can fill many roles in a group, such as ranged and melee) druids can eventually work their to Genesis Raiment which drops from AQ40. It is great far into Outland.
