Pretty decent pre-endgame Elemental/Resto Shaman gear: huge mana pool,some extra spirit and a good +d/h buff.

Breastplate requires 285 Leatherworking, the pattern is sold by Blimo Gadgetspring, the recipe is limited and the spawn time is somewhat long, you're gonna need some friends to help sniping it. Leggings requires 300 Leatherworking, the pattern is taught by Peter Galen (A) / Thorkaf Dragoneye (H). Shoulders requires 295 Leatherworking, the pattern drops quite easily from the Cliff Breakers that wander near Blimo, they are 54-55 Elite Mountain Giants, but can be snared and are vulnerable to nature so with help from some potions and some occasional corpse run, you should be able to farm this alone. Do NOT kill Giants that aren't called EXACTLY "Cliff Breaker".

With the exception of Thorkaf Dragoneye (which is in the Badlands) all the patterns are retrieved in Azshara, which is where you will more likely farm the Blue Dragonscales you will need, although the drop rates are better in Winterspring.This, along with Green Dragon Mail and Black Dragon Mail are the only pre-TBC Mail sets you can craft with Leatherworking, curiously, no piece in these sets needs Dragonscale Leatherworking.
