Most annoying with these is that they cant be targeted with the tab key.

Best way to kill them: Paladin with consecration and retribution aura. I was able to solo the rat trap thing with that. :-)
These are almost the same as the rats.

Funny thing is that the tooltip says that they're Critters.
But according to Blizzard's guide, Critters grant no experience, and never attack you automatically.
