This mob can be summoned using the Spiked Collar item dropped by Lord Malathrom. It can be used anywhere even though the only recorded location is in Darkshire.

... Anonymous says that it's possible these pets have been discontinued, but just today, I met a druid who had four! I wish I'd gotten a screenshot... He said that they could be found as drops off of the skeletons in duskwood... But I've not seen them there. Anyone else know more?
