Last year, I read a thread on the Ravasaur trainers. Remembering correctly, this trainer is equivalent to the Winterspring Frostsaber trainer for the Alliance. Unforunately, this quest is NOT implemented yet and there was no word on when it will be implemented.

Assuming that it will eventually be implemented, it's safe to say that you will have to gain Exalted faction with these trainers (on whatever faction they might hold in the future) just like the Winterspring Frostsaber trainers. Another safe assumption would be that if you aren't a troll, you will also need Exalted Darkspear faction in order to ride these armor-less epic raptors. As for Taurens, I can't say since the only thing Taurens can officialy ride are: Wolves, Kodos, and Epic dropped (Purple/blue-named) mounts.

On a side note for Alliance: No, you will not be able to ride these raptors on account that you cannot possibly obtain Exalted with the Darkspear tribe.

These guys are considered the equivalent to the Alliance Wintersaber trainers, but the quests and Ravasaur mount were never implemented in any way. Like the Wildhammer reputation, rather then fill it any details to complete a partially finished element, it seems they've opted to remove them entirely.

With Blizzard's stance on old content being pretty much to leave it as is, combined with their plans to simply make leveling 1-60 faster, it doesn't seem likely they'll add these guys back in anytime soon, if ever.

The ravasaur trainer(s) in un goro are horde npcs that will be implemented later in the game and will allow horde to buy special raptor mounts, just like the alliance and the mount in winterspring

I went by there earlier today(29.06) and she wasn't there. I recall seeing her there but that was a long time ago. My guess is that she was removed.
