From the top of my head, there are 6 quests from the Horde camp in Azshara, 3 parts of the level 50 priest chain, 4 parts of the Name of the Beast chain, the mage Polymorph: Pig quest, the 40-man raid boss Azuregos, and a neutral quest on the beach.

Every area was meant to be implemented otherwise Blizzard would just delete it or block it off until they developed something for there, little nublet.

she's near the mage tower, appears to have no quests or relevance

I keep killing her on my way past, was kind of hoping to interrupt some quest or another, as a retaliation for the Pallies camping out in the Valley of Trials and killing lowbiw questgivers, there, but it seems she has no quest, according to here.

Just another bullcrap NPC. Why doesn't she join the others in the Stormwind park.
