No idea if this NPC serves any actual purpose, I don't even remember ever seeing him until today. Worth mentioning though that his name seems to be a reference to Final Fantasy VI's characters Umaro, Strago and Relm. I wonder what the heck is with that outfit of his, though. Look at those gloves!

Umaro, Strago, and Relm are characters from Final Fantasy 3/6.&nbsp In particular, Umaro is a yeti, so I assumed this guy would have some sort of yeti related quest...
