Killing these will add to your reputation.

I, a Lv50 human rogue that's only Friendly with Darnassus, grouped with a Lv50 night elf rogue, and the two of us killed one of these Lv55 guys.&nbsp Our reputation only increased by one point.&nbsp :(

Also FYI this is a Horde base you will get PvP flagged for killing these Shadowprey Guardians (they're trolls).&nbsp There is a Horde flight path in this village, so any Horde players flying into Desolace will probably run into you.

(We also killed a named Lv35, got no rep points.&nbsp We killed a second Lv55 guardian just for kicks, we still only got 1-2 points.&nbsp You get points for multiple factions: Darnassus, Ironforge, etc.)

Anyway, this doesn't seem to be worth the effort just for gaining rep.

If you are somehow successful in getting more than 1-2 points per kill on these guys, please post your method!

Killing these didn't give me reputation even thou you should get rep if you got honor 6000/12000 or below.

I didn't. No single drop either. (ps. this is after patch 1.7)

Gives you reputation with Darnassus up to 6000 points of Honoured.

I just killed a few of these and you do not get rep and cannot loot them.

Does killing these mobs turn PvP on? and what chance would a lvl 52 rogue have aginst them?
How much Faction bonus do they give each kill?

As a level 55 I killed these guys and got no faction (I was not up to 6000 w/ anyone yet)
Any idea why?
