    "Syndicate reputation, and Ravenholdt-affiliated NPCs only give 5 Syndicate Reputation points, with the exception of Myrokos Silentform, who gives 25 (although the corresponding loss of reputation with Ravenholdt is also five times as great)."

    He does nothing, but, if you kill him he rewards you with 5+ Reputation with Syndicate and 125- with Ravenholdt. But you would have to kill him over 10k times to hit Neutral with Syndicate and it is barely worth as you cannot talk to them when Neutral and you can't hit Friendly.
