One of the things this NPC says is: "It's all their fault, stupid Alliance army. Just had to build their towers right behind my farm."

For those of you that did not play Warcraft III, this is a reference to a tactic that involved building Farms surrounding your defensive towers so that enemy melee units could not reach the towers but would have to destroy the farms first before being able to attack them.

He also says "I will gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today." A reference to Wimpy from Popeye who would frequently utter this phrase.

He has an amusing dialogue bit there he claims to be blind, seems to get caught, and then claims his being able to see is a miracle.

He also says: "Shine yer armor fer a copper."

Old Topper McNabb was unfortunate enough to have his Farm overrun by the Horde. As previously stated by Entropicdragon, he blames the Alliance army for his current state. He stands in the narrow path at the back of the Trade District, begging for money and hamburgers. I'm sure some people would, but you can't. And I'm quite sure WoW doesn't have a hamburger item yet.

Can you find his farm anywhere in WoW ? :P

I remember someone yelling "Why does topper Mcnabb be"(meant to be be, not beg) and he yelled back "Shut up you fool!"

yeah what&nbsp the hell does he do? he just blabs about being poor and saying he will shine my armor for a copper...I WANT MY ARMOR SHINED BUT I CANT TALK TO HIM

Each time I pass by him he keeps asking for money ! I wasn't able to give him money but I wonder if he has any purpose in the game...
