The reason for all of the conflicting messages depends on the server you're on.  This mob is part of the Scourge invasion, and if your server hasnt finished the world event, these mobs will remain in the game.  Other examples of this are Sever in Shadowfang Keep, and Balzaphon in Stratholme.  I'm on Blackhand, and by the time some of these items even started to surface on Anonymous, the world event was over.  Rumor has it that this will be an anual event.  Better to just move on to the next upgrade item.  If you're on a server that hasnt finished the Scourge invasion event, hurry to collect the pieces you want.

Spawns in one of the prison cage's after defeating amenar the coldbringer, This is implemented in patch 1.11 with the scurge invasion.
Not true ran this instance 5 times in a row, just cleared straight to Murder Pens each time and spawn was up (dropped wand everytime =(  )As of July 1st, have not seen this spawn up anymore (pen is completely empty.) Have cleared entire instance 3 separate runs, still nothing.

I heard that all the new undead bosses that appeared with 1.11 might only have existed for the duration of the invasion and that once the invasion ended they were no longer around. My latest effort proved unsuccessful again and I am slowly believing this to be truth. Has anyone seen this mob after the invasion has ended on their server?

I've entered this instance 3 times, check all 5 prison cells and absolutely do not see this person. I stealthed to it all 3 times, thought maybe you need to kill the spider boss first. Came back to the entrance and fought all the way there, still nothing... there must be some sort of condition... maybe you can't get her to spawn if you have a level 60 helping you. I can't think of why I can't find her but have wasted a lot of time trying to get this cloak for my mage.

After 150 batlles won against the Scourge, the invasion ends.

This mob were added in patch 1.11 and is located in RFD inside one of the prisons, before the skeleton pile. Looks like a human female until you talk to her upon she transforms into a lvl 40 elite undead. Caught my priest by suprise and killed me in 3 seconds :/
Dropped the wand and that got taken by a mage who didn't look at the stats nor the party chat where everyone said I should get it..

No need to talk to her. Just destroy the pen and she'll transform.
Be careful with her, i almost died first time i saw it. Dealt me like 300 dmg per hit and i got really low hp... feign death saved me. However, the caster drops worth it :D

The bosses added in 1.11 are gone now as the invasion event is over, discovered this while running RFD one last time for the mantle. :( (Did the same run as before including killing the spider boss)

We had a 60 warlock in our group the first time, standard group second time. We did kill the spider boss before both times, and the skeleton before the first time, but the second time we killed him after. Spider boss might be nessessary to get her to spawn.

I ran instance 5 times each looking into the Murder Pens...no female human...no female anything...just 2 MALE humans and an ogre...do I need to kill evry other boss before this boss spawns in human form or something?
