While soloing Graveyard today, I fought this mob.&nbsp Before he died, he used 'Lich Slap' on me! XD

this guy only spawned during the scourge event when naxx was opened ... no more necklace for me =-(

Lich Slap is shadow damage.

also he doesn't spawn anymore.

Was part of the Scourge invasion. He was located in Scarlet Monastery Graveyard.

Killed this guy with my 58 mage today... he hurts like a ^&*!@ (avg. over 200) with a pretty fast attack speed.&nbsp And he's immune to movement impair effects so that doesn't help either.&nbsp He's a 34 elite but he fights like a 60 elite :O

ok, I don't want to hear anyone whining about Blizz dropping this mob from the game. At least most established servers had a chance at him. I killed him on my old characters, but the new BE I started on one of the new servers never will have the chance to get him. there was NO invasion on the new servers, Naxx wasn't there, and then it was. Same for An'quiraj and Outland. They just sort of opened. That bites. Sure, he didn't drop anything my pally needed, but hey, some people could have used the choker, and now they'll never have a shot. that's a bummer.

Wouldn't it be great if you had Frost Ward up when he lich slapped with the new mage talent? 20% of reflecting it, yowch!

The invasion is over on our server ( Blackhand ) and he didn't spawn for us today in the graveyard after killing the archmage. Part of the invasion only?

Killed him in scarlet monsatary graveyard first time, he dropped blue necklace lvl 30 +6 int, 5 stam, 7 to damge & healing, why doesn't this NPC have any records? is he a rare spawn? b/c that necklace was freaking awesome. He was patrolling graveyard after we killed bloodmage.

OMG fought this mob today after soloing graveyard with a 47 protection warrior. Had to fight him twice because he "lich slapped" me while I had adds. The lich slap was for 1042 damage about 3/4 into the fight. Becareful that hurts...he dropped the chain gloves, i wanted the dagger.

How often does this guy spawn? I've only seen him once after being in the instance for about 4 hours, and he just randomly appeared out of nowhere in the main courtyard as I was killing the spirits. He was pretty tough, though. He did kill my pet, and my pet is a lvl 46.

this guy does about avrage 300 frostdmg, and got a lich slap wich knocks you back and does about 900-1200frostdmg. He spawns after you've killed the skeletonmage downstairs in the tomb.

He doesn't fight like a lvl 60 elite killed him while soloing SM with my druid and I resisted all his attack!

I cant get him to spawn ran it 3 times now and nothin... we wait for him after the final but nothin

I am so confused as to why Blizzard would add new bosses in some of the instances around Azeroth only to remove them when the Scourge Invasion ends. My server is quite populated so the Scourge Invasion ended in about two weeks, thus I could not get Scorn's Icy Choker... Which I wanted so badly! The new bosses had very good drops, like Sever from Shadowfang Keep and Scorn from Scarlet Monastery... Why Blizzard would remove them so quickly is an enigma to me... Now there is nearly no point in Scarlet Monastery Graveyard... The drops from Bloodmage Thalnos are decent at best, and Ironspine, a rare spawn who I have only seen once in about twenty Scarlet Monastery Graveyard runs, drops a ring that is a bit better than decent but still won't compare to other rings out there...

Well, I checked out if this guy was indeed linked to the invasion (keep reading different answers) and he is. On my server, the invasion is over, and Scorn didnt spawn after the Bloodmage was killed. That totally sucks \. Was gonna enjoy that neck with my up and coming warlock.

This guy appears when you exit the grave after you kill Bloodmage Thalnos

is he new in 1.11?

After you kill Bloodmage Thalnos, Scorn will spawn at the fountain in the middle of the graveyard.

Today I went into SM graveyard to get the dagegr and neck for my alt, brought a 60rogue rom my guild with me. I got dagger on first run, neck on second, also picked up the +damage/healing orb from the first boss. Needless to say my alt is very much looking forward to reaching 30/31, total of +37damage/healing at 31 is rather nice.

OMg hes tough. I waso n my 42 pally today and I was with one warrior. As we were leaving we noticed this guy. We were like oh crap lets kill him. Needless yo day this guy crits pretty wickedly. He was hitting me for 800s at a time and he has near 8000 hp. The Fallen Champion was in the same run as well =) So we had a good trip id say.

On Suramar we completed the invasion and he did not spawn so I guess he's gone. :(

Yeah, gone after inasion..Big bummer:(

lol he's removed cuz the scourge got the hell outta here? not too fair imo, he dropped pretty stuf unavaible now...

With my level 38 Tauren Druid, I went to the Graveyard just to meet this guy. He killed me in 4 attacks. Yowzers! Not enough time for a heal!

Downed him twice with a great group today! Dropped the Dagger and the Gloves... I, being a lvl 30 Warlock, was VERY please with the daggers performance :) Really great at that lvl! Going back soon to gethe neck :P

me and a 43 rogue farmed this for a bit.

3 runs, and each run we got a different blue from him.

This guy has sick damage ... first time i was in graveyard we didn't expected to meet anything on our way to exit ... he almost wiped all party ... that shadow spell he is hitting makes 800-900 normal shadow dmg ( not crit ).

OMG don't tell me he is removed he has SO good drops! This cannot be...

gg blizz, making it the only reason to go into graveyard since it has opened, then having it only stay barely 2 weeks.

He looks like a lich, I think so. Like KelThusad or that guy in RFD. By the way can a lvl 44 lock solo him?
