quoted from harrytheeskimo on alla:

This is the npc in the Darkmoon Faire who gives out 'fortunes' after you answer 2 of his questions. These fortunes are in fact 2 hour buffs - and there are 9 of them to choose from if you answer the right questions. After quite a bit of investigating here they all are:

Qu1 Answer --- Qu2 Answer --- Buff
1------------------ 1------------------ +10% Damage
1------------------ 2------------------ +10% to all resistances
1------------------ 3------------------ +10% armour
2------------------ 1------------------ +10% spirit
2------------------ 2------------------ +10% intellect
2------------------ 3------------------ +10% to all resistances
3------------------ 1------------------ +10% stamina
3------------------ 2------------------ +10% strength
3------------------ 3------------------ +10% agility
4------------------ 1------------------ +10% intellect
4------------------ 2------------------ +10% spirit
4------------------ 3------------------ +10% armour

The buffs are not random, they are determined by the answers you give to the questions. For example if you give the brutal type answers of killing and causing pain you get the 10% damage buff and so on. The fortunes, however, are random and have no relatance to answers.

I tested the buffs with myself and others so it is true as of this date.

You can get all the different buffs on one character.

When you get one, pop your char in the inn for two hours and out again to get another buff if the fair is still there. (Make sure u get a different one as same ones don't stack.)

Recommended for alts :p
