Me and my friends did this for about an hour until one of us hit the circle. Then guess what happened:
Nothing!
You get absolutely nothing for this quest, not even a single copper. Which sucks becuase is cost me about 20s to repair all of my armor after I died so many times. God it is so pointless

Right click the wings icon on the upper left as soon as when 2 seconds left, you will safely fall to river :D

Uh..&nbsp I'm not sure what happend.&nbsp But I clicked on the cannon just to see what it would do.&nbsp I was a bit suprised when I went flying...&nbsp but I didn't have to cancel the flying spell or anything to hit the target.&nbsp I just went straight for it and it it dead on first time.

just click buff off to drop onto target! bad news is you get nothing for doing it boohoo

how do you control your flight when blasted out of the cannon?

if you drop your buff you do not get credit for hitting the circle so now how do we control it?

It's just for fun. Hit the water or die, simple! Hehe, fast transportation for Low lvls! :D

Does anybody know how to hit the target?
Is the cannon directionable in some way?

Be sure not to wear your good gear when jumping, if you mess up and you land on solid ground (and die... of course) it won't cost you too much to repair. If you jump from TB wait until you still have 1 sec left from the wings buff and debuff. Bingo, you're safe ;)

Falling into deep water doesn't cause damage so even if you miss the target you won't die if you still hit the water.
