i agree, these are really fun! i like the flamethrower and machine gun tonks best.

nope, it's steam tonks at the mulgore fair as well.

They are involved in a Mini-game at the Darkmoon Faire, where you take control of a little Steam Tonk (it's like Eyes of the Beast or Eye of Kilrogg) and you can kill other peoples' Steam Tonks. There are a number of weapons, for example Cannon, Mortar, Flametrower and Shield Generator. It's a really, really, REALLY fun Mini-game! Played it for the first time today myself, go check it out! It's free!
btw I haven't seen this on Horde, but in WoW Model Viewer there's also a Zippelin (small goblin zeppelin) maybe the Horde get's those... Awsome!
