He is a boss level mob. he wears bronze colored armor, and he shares a name with the dragon Anachronos. I think we can safely surmise that this is Anachronos, in human guise. Most dragons deal with mortals in the appearance of a mortal. Makes us weak folk less likely to be scared poopless.

Also, his name sounds similar to "Ena Kronos", a Greek term meaning "One old one" as in A keeper of time, without Ene, with would be The old one, like the Greek Titan God Cronos.
