The main use of these eggs, as per my guild, is to slow buru down. While they do damage buru, the slow effect seems to be what keeps the groups from wiping. If you've ever tried fighting buru without the use of the eggs, you'll notice he is rather speedy and catches up to his target quickly. The eggs' slow effect, though, allows his target to easily and safely kite him around the battle area. Needless to say, use the eggs! They're there for your benefit! (have half the dps on the eggs, the other half on the spawn from the broken egg) As others have said, wait until Buru is over the eggs to break them. Also, as a side note, I've found that it is much easier to kite him in a counter clockwise fashion around the perimeter of the battle field area, as there is a ledge that you can run up and jump off of to avoid the deep water (if you fall in the deep water chances are high that he'll get you!). Just have his target kite him around the circle like this until the egg is ready to be broken.

The closer he is, the more damage they do. His head doesn't exploded ~ his shell bursts making him vunerable to attack. At this point it's a dps race against the dot he puts on you.

He doesnt need to be on top of, but he does need to be very close! this is the easiest way to kill buru until his head explodes then just burn him down

These eggs are placed around Buru's lair where you must kite him around and when he is near an egg....burst it open which releases a poison that does quite a bit of damage to him. When the egg bursts get rogues on the ads that spawn and continue the fight until buru enrages. At that point DPS and Tank'n'Spank him down until he is dead.

These eggs are placed around Buru's area in the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj. When they are killed they release a monster and a poison gas cloud used to kill Buru. Be sure to have Buru directly over the egg when you kill these.
