Summoned via a Red or Green Helper Box, obtained on December 25th underneath the decorated trees in Orgrimmar and Ironforge.

Do these drop from the presents under the tree? I can't open any of them.. Do they spawn only on Christmas eve or something?

Requires a snowball to summon, which can be obtained for free in snowy areas during December or from Smokey Wood Pasture vendors.
