Spawns only doing the 10-hour AQ opening event. It has a lot of health, but does not regain health when de-aggroed. It has a kickback that can throw people as far back as Cenarion Hold.

Upon killing it, you can get a delivery quest in Cenarion Hold that rewards you with a bag with a high chance of rare items inside.

it also has roughly 2,000,000 health as well, i dont know where they get these small amounts.
