These medics will cast the cleanse spell on you, provided you are at least honored with the Argent Dawn, and have a disease such as Ghoul Rot (inflicted by Diseased Flayers) or Carrion Rot (I forget its actual name inflicted by Carrion Grubs).

He won't cure all debuffs one might incur in the plaguelands.

Ghoul Plague Disease
movement speed reduced by 20%. Physical and magical damage dealt is reduced by 25%.
30 minutes duration

wish he would get this stuff off me...
