He says a few other things too:

"Your undeath is not the end of your life, but the beginning. It is up to you to decide where your fate lies now."

This guy never does anything, and you never get to talk to him. Just a guy walking around a meaningless tomb in the Undead starting area. Funny. He was the first NPC I rushed off towards after I was done talking to Mordo, fresh out of Shadow Grave. I clicked on him, and his little crypt so many times trying to see if I could open the doors or something.
