after you kill all the druids of the fang, talk to the guy that is right inside of the enterance.&nbsp You escort him over to where Naralex is sleeping, and guard him while you get attacked by 2 waves of enemies then a really big murloc.&nbsp this also ends up starting the glowing shard quest.

The ritual of the awakening of Naralex is meant to be the last event in Wailing Caverns, which leads to the final boss, Mutanus the Devourer.

You need to slay the four Fanglords in the instance.

Lord Cobrahn;
Lady Anacondra;
Lord Pythas;
Lord Serpentis.

Usually after slaying all the other bosses as well, what you need to do is just to go back and speak with the Tauren that you saw while first arriving inside the instance, the Disciple of Naralex. Start the event and escort him up to where Naralex is, at the Dreamer's Rock, top north of the instance. During this escort the Disciple will stop and speak a few times. When this happens be prepared to fight, there are two waves: first, two elite Deviate Ravagers, and next time there'll be three elite among Deviate Viper and Deviate Adder.

Once you reach Naralex, there will be two more waves and then the boss. First, three elite Deviate Moccasin, next, seven normal Nightmare Ectoplasm. Then comes Mutanus the Devourer. One of the funniest bosses to see, he's just a big murloc! :)

The first time you do this, you'll have a new quest to start from the Glowing Shard that drops.
