These are the birds that come at Rigglefuzz after you have completed the quest "Pearl Diving".

They are not lootable.

saw it today (10/15/06 on Proudmoore) hanging out in the valley with the forge and the goblins standing about. It doesn't patrol, just hovers. Stayed yellow as I was killing it and when it died disappeared immediately. Dropped nothing, didn't even have a chance to loot it before it was gone.

I saw 2 of these tonight and looked it up because I thought it was weird. But they're mobs that spawn from the quest "Pearl Diving". For the quest, the goblin mentions he needs to make more flash bombs. You get him the blue pearls. Then the mobs spawn...

Rigglefuzz says: There we are. A new batch of flash bombs!
Rigglefuzz says: Look out! We're under attack by a Wayward Buzzard!
Rigglefuzz says: Take that, beast!

He throws a flash bomb at them and they run off a bit. When I followed, they despawned a second later. So I presume if you see them sitting around, they might not have properly despawned, hence the 100% health all the time.
