Ghoul Fangs can be gotten easier from the ones in the Raven Hill Cemetery (around 20,36). They're only L24-25 there as opposed to L28-29 at Mistmantle (77,36).

Fingers: 81,59 off of the Skeletons
Fangs: 77,36 off of the Ghouls
Vials: Found on spiders along the coasts and pretty much all over.

The reward is pretty fun for a warlock, mage, or priest. It's not the best but if you're grinding it may entertain you a little bit.

This quest is best done in conjunction with the Nightwatch Chain http://classicdb.ch/?quest=57 and Stitches http://classicdb.ch/?quest=156  Chain Quests. Also while gathering your poison I recommend doing http://classicdb.ch/?quest=226 & http://classicdb.ch/?quest=90 that require you to kill the wolves that can be found around the spiders you will be killing anyway. Doing that you can get a ton of exp really really fast. And since your going to be doing the back and forth travel between darkshire and raven hill anyway you may as well knock out those quests that jitters gives you as well http://classicdb.ch/?quest=5 . Wich will also have you killing spiders on it's second part.

Not only can you double this up with horrors/fiends on The Night Watch for fingers, you can go turn that in and they'll ask you to kill 20 plague spreaders, which will give you the fangs.&nbsp Then you just have to kill 10 or so black widow hatchlings SE of the graveyard and boom, 3 quests done in no time.&nbsp Just make sure when you run back to turn in the skeletons for Night Watch you grab the run to Darkshire from the cemetary quest (Abercrombie 28,31) and the Weathered Grave (17,29) quest and knock those out too.

You should get the quest to get roots from horros etc. and then do them at the same time. It solves lots of time

This Totem gives you about 200 more AC in bear form as a druid. The only comparable item is Stitches' Femur, which also gives 50 raw AC in the off-hand, but requires killing Stitches, the level 35 Elite 3-armed undead guy on the road in Duskwood.

A little more detailed on which mobs drop quickest, since this was a pain for me, grinding the lowest chance ones.

Skeleton Finger Highest Drop Rate: Skeleton Mage/Warrior - 18% - Located at The Tranquil Gardens Cemetary.

Ghoul Fang Highest Drop Rate: Flesh Eater - 20% - Located at Raven Hill Cemetary (north/top of cemetary)

Vial of Spider Vendom Highest Drop Rate: Venom Web Spider - 13% - Located along the western and north shores of Duskwood.

Goodluck!

actually I found a ton of fingers and vials just south of darkshire... vry close to darkshire.

just take the lil road south to Tranquil Cemetary and you will find Skeletal Warriors and Mages. They drop fingers like crazy fast. This is The Night Watch quest too.

then go northeast a short distance to Blind Mary's house. Just northeast of her house is a trail to a little cave. There are tons of Black Widow hatchlings up there that dropped the vials on almost a 1 for 1 ratio.

I haven't gone to get the fangs yet but I am otw... wish me luck.

Ok for some reason you guys just didn't catch the Ghoul fang spot. The spot is around the underground catacomb, at 23,35. Take the Watchers quests and go in to kill the Plague Spreaders. You can from the corner of the cemetery drag out ghouls and kill them without to much danger. Some of the other Ghouls in the area will drop tons of fangs it took 2 of us about 30 mins to do both quests. Lvl 27 priest and a 22 rouge(me).

Skeletal Fingers - 81, 59 and 19, 45ish
Ghoul Fangs - 77, 36
Spider Vial of Venom - 8, 43

Vial's can be found quite easily here at a great drop rate!

I stated this at the Ghoul Fang page too, but this seems to be more commonly visited. While I was on both The quests Totem of Infliction, and Ghoulish Effigy, no Ghoul Fangs would drop of any mob I slayed. Only Ghoul Ribs. Might be a stroke of bad luck, but nontheless it is worth noting. Anyone experiencing the same?

>EDIT 5 mins later

I feel that I have gotten this somewhat confirmed, as when I finished Ghoulish Effigy and turned it in, every three mobs or so dropped the fangs.

I had the same problem with getting ghoul fangs from flesh eaters etc.

The reason is their low level.

The way to get ghoul fangs is to fight plague spreaders.&nbsp They are located in the center area of the cemetary.

Hope this helps!

You can get the fingers off of any skeleton, I had a better drop rate off of the Horrors. If you don't feel like running all the way to Raven Hill, there are a bunch of horrors at 81,59 (outside of Blind Mary's house).&nbsp

This quest is best used in conjunction with The Night Watch because you have to kill 15 Horrors and 15 Fiends... Why not kill two birds with one stone?

...still working on the other items...
