The book is in the room with Fenrus. Its on the left as you enter the room on the bookshelf.

Also, once someone gets this book it disappears for a few seconds. Give it some time, and it will respawn.

For anyone who missed this info above:
The quest is given by Keeper Bel'dugur in the Undercity.&nbsp He is in the apothecarium section standing near a bridge.

Shadowfang Keep is in Silverpine Forest, south of the Sepulcher.&nbsp Follow the road past Ambermill, and continue walking towards Hillsbrad.&nbsp The road to the right by the break wall leads to Shadowfang Keep and a small village near it.&nbsp Take the road that passes the smoking empty building to the right of the village, and continue towards the keep.&nbsp It's right up the hill. (Alchemists take note: bruiseweed is frequently seen growing by the drawbridge here)

The Book of Ur is located in the same room Fenris is.&nbsp It's one of the very last rooms before Arugal.

It only takes about 30 seconds to respawn, by the way. The book is on the left as you enter the room.

im kinda surprised no one has added this bit of info yet but the Giant wolf is fenrus to devourer so keep that in mind if your looking for landmarks on atlas, apparently its in the same room as he is

Once you enter the round room with the big wolf, look to the left.&nbsp The first bookshelf, bottom shelf will contain a blue book on the right hand of the shelf.&nbsp That is the Book of Ur.&nbsp Good Luck!

The book spawns in different spots on the bookshelves, but always respawns in the same spot in the same instance after a party member has looted it.

Immediately after you kill the giant wolf, four voidwalkers will be summoned. They are non-elite but hit pretty hard. Also note that you have about 4 seconds after the wolf fight before the voidwalkers are summoned. So if you are a rogue or feral druid then immediately stealth away.

From Where you Enter The Room The Book Is To Your Left On A Shelf Near The Entree Door Thier Is a Respawn Timer on It For Othrs Who Need It I Advise You To Kill The Wolf And The Voidwalkers Agrul Spawns
