Bring 5 Vials of Innocent Blood to Apothecary Lydon in Tarren Mill.

Description

I will create a toxin to bleed the violence from the Venture Company, rendering them weak and docile. That should fix the Horde's problem in Stonetalon, yes?

But to create the toxin, I will need the blood of innocents, a difficult ingredient to obtain.

Fortunately the Syndicate, a group of human brigands in this area, employ shadow mages... and those mages collect innocent blood for their own, unsavory purposes.

You can find the Syndicate shadow mages in Durnholde Keep to the southeast.

There is no reason why you should enter Durnholde Keep to get the vials,there are 5 Shadow Mages that spawn at the Guard Tower right beyond the bridge next to Taren Mill,just sniper them,loot them and go home ^_^ (100% drop chance for me)...

67,100. All though I found the small building at 67,49 that fleshhound talked about much easier. you have 4 mages and 4 rouges 4 watchmen. all evenly spaced and easy to dispatch.

Its a thunderbluff quests because the end of the chain takes you to Thunderbluff.. thats the only logic I can see in it anyway.

There is a good place to find the Shadow Mages on the road just west from Durnholde Keep. It is a small ruined tower area. You can find the Shadow Mages inside and around the ruins. There are also a few Syndicate Rouges and Syndicate Watchmen there, which is good if you are doing the WANTED: Syndicate Personnel quest.
