Head back to Belgrom in Orgrimmar and tell him Moktar be doing his bidding well out in the Thousand Needles. Tell him also, that me studies progress, and I hope to be havin' learned more soon. That should please him greatly.

the npc is in front of the "hsll of the brave" when u enter the valley of honor it will be the building on your right at the top of the hill

just run into valley of honor and run in the middle&nbsp path..he is up there
