Indurium Ore

I'd like to integrate indurium into different parts of our racers, but I need large amounts of raw indurium to create these parts.

You can find indurium ore in the Uldaman excavation in the Badlands, across the sea in Khaz Modan.

The gnomes are getting their own supply of it, so it's important we get our own to keep pace with them.

You need to mine the ore from in Uldaman (there is definately some in the instance, possibly outside the instance as well - not sure), or buy them off someone who has some (possibly a miner in your group in Uldaman).

Upon completion of the 'News for Fizzle' quest (at lv 42), I went over to Pozzik and picked up 'Keeping Pace' (which is where you speak to Zamek, and he supplies a distraction for you to steal the gnomes' plans).
When you "steal" the plans, you're offered the quest 'Rizzle's Schematics' which has you bring back the Sample of Indurium Ore that appears in your pack, to Pozzik.
Pozzik then offers you a repeatable quest of retrieving 4 Indurium Ore found in Uldaman. This repeatable quest does not show up in your log.

For completing 'Keeping Pace', I was awarded 1650 exp pts and 50 reputation for Ratchet. For completing 'Rizzle's Schematics' I was awarded the same again.

This is not a quest, it's an item found in Uldaman. Apparently it has no use, or maybe it hasn't been put in yet by Blizz. ? I will probably stash mine in the bank in hope of using it later.

the main use I find for these veins is to skill up mining, personally. still not greyed out at 240.

of course for some insane reason this posted in the quests thread and not the ore thread. whatever.

But if i really dont get any exp for doing it its not gonna be my top priority...

Oh, just to clarify Pozzik is in Mirage Raceway of SF and asks for 4 of this ore but doesn't actually give you a quest for your log book.

When I handed Pozzik 4 x Indurium Ore, I got the quest completion as such:

Indurium Ore <needs reward -- repeatable> completed.

No XP, no faction increase, nothing.
