General Marcus Jonathan is located just inside the the entrance of Stormwind. He is mounted on a horse.

He's really easy to find he's the dude on the horse right on the bridge leading into the city.

12:20 am, he's out front kneeling. He'll say "What can I do for you?" or some such, but won't take the message, and doesn't have a blip in the minimap.

12:21 He just disappears.&nbsp Guess his shift is over.&nbsp Good time for the Horde to attack, I guess.

12:28 He's back.&nbsp It seems he disappears when someone triggers the Onyxia quest(s).

the coords are
63,75 its really simple quest just a long walk. its 12:13 and the quest went fine. im not sure if the times thing still is there, and he did show up on minimap as well as question mark on his head in gold

Well depending on the time of day. Certain NPCs aren't there and since the servers run on realtime you'll just have to wait.

Ok, i found the General guy, but i cant finish the quest with him.&nbsp He has no '!' over him, and when i rightclick him, he just talks like a normal NPC (how can i help you.. etc..) can anyone help me?

I am level 19, and it seems like you cant finish this quest at night. He seems to kneel on the left side of the bridge, and if you click on him, nothing happens. I guess I need to try during the day.

I tried to talk to him while he was kneeling, but nothing. I waited and then when he appeared riding on his horse, I was able to complete this part of the quest

Magistrate Solomon is located in the Redridge Mountains in the village of Lakeshire at location 29, 44.

And vice versa for the other Messenger to Stormwind mission.

I very highly suggest pairing this quest chain with the quest [quest=116] . To save on travel time and transport fees. This quest chain does not pay for itself with all the flight points you have to take so you will end up losing money doing it if you aren't also doing the other quest at the same time.

For people returning to Classic, if he is not in the front of Stormwind and the guards are all kneeling, just wait a few minutes.

He will return. He leaves when someone completes one of the raid attunements.
