Description

Great, finally something that doesn't want to eat me!

I need help handling the critters around here, and you fit the mold, <buddy/lady>.

The cook Morgan Stern is researching a new recipe, and he sent me out here to gather bogbean leaves. I guess he thinks they're tasty.

Anyway, while looking for a bogbean plant... I got myself surrounded! Can you help me out of here, and watch my back as I look for the bogbean?

He's at 46,17.

I did it as a level 38 paladin, without complications. It may be an idea to clean the area first, if you're unsure you can make it.
You're finished when it stands complete on the quest.

Deliver the quest to Morgan Stern.
He's at the Inn.

Tried to do this quest today. I had cleared all of the raptors nearby for another quest, and talked to Stinky, accepted his quest. He stood there for a minute without moving, then disappeared.

I abandoned the quest, waited for him to reappear, accepted the quest again, and the same thing happened.

Waited for him to respawn again without abandoning the quest, and he reappeared 3-4 minutes later, said something like "Ah, there's one! Come, (someone who isn't me)! Let's go over there and collect it!" and a minute after that, he despawned again.

Definitely not fixed yet.

Oke, it's a bit easy quest. Just protect him from mobs. Full kill raptors area is not really needed. He search for a herb near the water a bit southeast.
Then he walk to the path, and it's done. It's just short search path and it's done.

Sounds not much work. And let him walk forward so he stops and attack with me against mobs.

I just solo'd this quest a 34 ret paladin, and it was really pretty easy. I had cleared just about all the raptors around the questgiver for the quest Raptor Captor, and then Stinky's escape path only made me deal with 3 more mobs (spiders and crocolisks around the creek). There was at least a minute between each mob, because my Hammer of Justice cooldown was up with each one. I didn't even have to heal myself up or drink. After those mobs, he then found the bog plant he was looking for, headed for the road, and the quest completed at 49,25.

Hmm, does this quest actually works? For me this quest is definitely bugged (as of today) because as soon as I accept the quest nothing happened. Ignaz haven't moved.

And he even disappeared when I was near him and I wanted to clicked on him.

I talked to him and we started the escort quest. A named raptor (Dart) attacked us immediately. From whom I got TWO greens!&nbsp :)

As is usual with escort quests, old Stinky seems intent on taking a circuitous route that takes him right to mobs.&nbsp We were fine as I was a 42 druid.

When you finally get to the road, you'll see the message that the escort was complete.&nbsp Now if you didn't make a note, you might forget that Alliance turns this in to Morgan Stern at the Inn in Theramore.

Found Stinky at the above-mentioned spot (directly north from the tower) where he has set up a small camp.
Just clear the area between the tower and Stinky for all beasts before talking to him and the rest will be a breaze (it is an escort quest back to the area approximately around the tower).
He will walk in an almost straight line towards the tower until he gets to the water where he will start walking alongside and across the water back and forth until he finds what he is looking for. When he has found it he will walk to the road - ... and that's it. A very, very easy quest...

Actually, it's bugged again. He can be found when he appears at 47,18. You can get the quest from him and about 20 seconds later he vanishes. He'll pop backup a minute or two later and the same thing happens all over.

I had the same problem as Bonesinger, but he didn't reappear. I put in a report, but it seems like a chronic bug.

He runs around the first guard tower out of Theramore, you have to wait for him to run by he comes around once in a while.

It's definitely bugged. He keeps appearing, saying a bunch of stuff, and then disappearing again.

Since he mentions a player's name whenever he appears, I strongly suspect that it's a particular event (perhaps someone failing the quest) that causes it to bug out, perhaps until the server is reset.

Stinky can be found at (45,17) ... a short walk north from North Point Tower.

It's an escort quest, and he wanders around the swamp a bit until he finds the Bogbean Leaves. Assuming some cleaning up of mobs before the quest, this quest is very easy compared with many other escort quest, since there's no scripted ambushes.

After the Bogbean Leaves are found, you only need to escort him to the road. Afterwards, just turn in the quest to Morgan Stern in Theramore's Inn.
