Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get his report. I've talked to him again and again, all he offers me is advice to investigate the ruins of Shady Rest Inn. I do that, tell him of hoofprints and a sheild and a badge, get some small exp for their very small side quests, but none involves or is leading to his report. Where do I get it please!
