Noboru is the mon that drops the club/mace... right click on it for the quest (try to equip it basically)...

He wanders randomly in the swamp but his main base is the small island just north of Horde Stonard... the tent is smoking that may be what appears to be a campfire...

(it is the same island tent that you have to go to get the box from the escort quest of th ehuman that was in a cage in the refuge)

You take the mace, after you right-click it to launch the quest, to the stationary NPC named Matgoor in the nw corner os SoS... as soon as you come in the zone from Red Ridge area head north into 26,31 coords (i think its called Misty Valley)... then you give it to him and it triggers second part of quest to get crystals from the lost ones...

Crystals are not dropped - they are huge and are in the refuge village area... you can't miss them, this is a good time to get the escort quest... then you return the (6?) crystals to complete at the same time you are escorting the human out of the swamp since it is the same direction and his escort quest completes before the Matgoor camp...

Note: good time to do the "...Bugs" quest... you go straight through the lost ones camp at the Refuge and to the coast... kill the crabs Silt ones and Huge ones all drop the legs you need.

Though you can kill Noboru more than once (and probably will as you wander the area), the cudgel will only drop once. Incidentally to "activate" the quest, you need to right click on the cudgel once it's in your inventory. This will bind it to you and allow you to turn in the quest.

Found him right at 26,31 - Magtoor (sp) is a stationary NPC so there shouldn't be any deviants from these coordinates.

Anonymous's data ir correct... look at the map for where he is, he wanders back and forth on that route...

His center of command is a small island with a tent on it, don't think there was a fireplace though... it's just south of the road that runs along the north&nbsp side of the zone... pretty much in the middle of his "Wandering path" if you look at the map.

Noboru and his two minions spawn at 55,35 - I happened to be standing there when they appeared. They then journey south.

Magtoor (the leader of The Harborage) is located in the Harborage.&nbsp It will show up on your map as a little camp - NW of Stonard nestled against the mountains.&nbsp

He`s level 39 with two level 37 bodyguards. Returning his cudgel to Harborage was worth 2250 xp to me at level 37.

Noboru wanders with two guards.&nbsp You have to kill him to get the Cudgel, which starts the quest to take it to Magtor.&nbsp Noboru wanders near 32,44.&nbsp I got 2250xp at level 41.

Listed above from Lillegum, location 49,39. I walked over there and waited by the little bridge going over the tiny stream. Took all but 1-2 min for him and his mini me guards to show up. 40 druid EXTREMELY easy to kill him.

&nbsp You'll eventually find him if you keep running back and forth from the few bridges in the area starting around 52,35. Very easy on a 41 Troll Shaman.

I don't get this...was trying to turn the quest in, I found the camp and the NPC but there's tons of alliance guards around him, being I'm horde, how do I turn this quest in?

I was actually just gathering posies in the area when Noboru materialized beside me.&nbsp It was near what appears to be a small camp (tent, fire).&nbsp No other mob appeared so maybe someone else in the area had killed Noboru & gang a few minutes earlier.

Just to repeat what was said above, for all the people who have asked me in game:

When you find Noboru's cudgel on some random mob, right click the cudgel. It's really very simple.

Done this as a horde lvl 42, and managed to kill the guy easily. After looting his club, i took the quest, and delivered it at the co-ordinates provided in one of the comments. Free 2250XP i'd say.

I found Noboru wondering around 36,40 - 36,42 with two minions. He is lvl 39, the others are 37. I killed him, took the cudgel and ran :)

I killed Noboru with my rogue at level 36. After a 500 crit ambush he came down fast, and then I used vanish to evade his guards (2 level 37 muckdwellers).

If you are Horde, just sell the mace. The quest NPC is surrounded by hostile lvl 46 PVP mobs. I don't know why horde gets this.

You turn this quest in at the Harborage (i'm a horde warlock) coords: 26,30 There are 3 lvl 45 hostile draenei standing nearby, but you can avoid aggro.
