Thank you all for directions.

Found the Rocs at 44,40 south of Gadgetzan in Tanaris (near giant rib cage) and

South of Dire Maul at approx. 58,58 in Feralas found bears and apes lvl 41-43 near Yeti cave.

When I handed in the quest at Hinterlands, received a new quest "Rhapsody's Tale" (delivery to Caskbelly in Dwarven District, Stormwind) plus 3600xp (my char is lvl 41).

Caskbelly gave me 2700xp plus another quest: "The Temple of Atal'Hakkar" (in the Sunken Temple - Swamp of Sorrows).

This is a longer series of quests than I expected, so I am glad that I wasn't discouraged by the seemingly poor reward for "Rapsody's Kalimdor Kocktail". It is all worth the effort.

Easily the best post, the one above will solve any quest problems you have. Its generally a slow quest, so stick with it. I did it because I'm doing ST soon so needed the chains done.

Make sure you vote for posts that help you!

The location 45,40, as per previous posts, is a prime spot for hunting down rocs. I was lucky enough to get the 3 gizzards off 5 kills.

I found plenty of those ironfur bears both north and south of the main road as you enter feralas from thousand needles. Got the 3 livers off about 8 kills.

The Groddoc apes are a little trickier to find. They are found mostly around The High Wilderness, east of the Feral Scar Vale. I managed to get all the required items off 10 kills.

Found rocs at 44,40 in Tanaris at a pile of dinasour bones, one in five dropped.&nbsp Next bone pile had others.&nbsp Feralas: 57.57 had apes and bears and also vale screechers.&nbsp First three bears dropped, two of the apes which dropped were on a plateau just off the road.&nbsp I killed all the other apes in the area, plus many bears at least twice, couldn't get last one.&nbsp Finally got it from plateau ape on way out.&nbsp All mobs L41-44.&nbsp Smooth, but slow quest.

You can get the Liver (Ironfur and Groddoc) from Ironfur Bear (41-42), Grizzled Iron Fur Bear (44-45), and Groddoc Ape (43) in Feralas, between Feral Scar Vale and Ruins of Isildien, also the Ironfur Bear can be found pretty much anywhere in Feralas, and you can find some Grizzled Iron Fur Bear just a little South of Dire Maul, and again, pretty much anywhere in Feralas. Pretty decent drop rate for the Groddoc Apes. . . 1 about every 3-4 kills(about 30%). But, the Groddoc Apes are harder to come across. As for the Ironfur Bear. . .you get one about 1 about every 5-7 kills(about 15%, so not as frequent as the Groddoc Apes). The Grizzled Iron Fur Bear drops a liver about 1 every 2-3 kills (75%). You get the Roc Gizzard (from Fire Roc (43-44)) around piles of bones in Abyssal Sands (Just north of Gadgetzan). I got 1 Roc Gizzard about every 4-5 kills (80%). You can also get Roc Gizzard from Roc (40-42), which can be found near Gadgetzan in Tanaris. I got 1 Roc Gizzard about every 5-7 kills (68%). That was my luck, anyway, so yours might be different. Pretty easy for a 46 Feral Druid. . .it's just time consuming.

I had no problem with this quest.&nbsp Maybe they fixed it.

The NPC falls down, and stays down for about 2 seconds, before he stands back up.&nbsp When he gets up, he give me the following quest: "Rhapsody's Tale".

Here's the text of what he says:

"Hiccup!"

"Ok, who pushed me down?&nbsp Was it you, *myname*?&nbsp Someone turn the light back on.&nbsp Hiccup!"

"One more sip of the ol' fire water and I'll be ready to talk.&nbsp Hiccup!&nbsp Cheers!"

"So, *myname*, I'm ready to tell you what happened in the Swamp of Sorrows.&nbsp Hiccup!"

(ed. note: Yes, I'm bored.&nbsp I'm flying back to IF right now)

From Gadgetzan gryphon, go directly south to the Sand Abyss, once I found them there, I had no trouble getting the gizzards, killed about 6 and got them all in less than 5 minutes.

The 3 Roc Gizzard's will take a while on this quest. All the roc's are sparsely populated, you'll spend a long time just tryin to find them. Not to mention the low drop rate. Best grouping of them I've found so far is at 45,38, the fire roc's there.

Rocs, and other kinds of buzzards, are in fact very easy to find. They can be found in groups surrounding the skeletal remains of huge dead animals. There are several of these skeletons in Tanaris.

As for the rest of the stuff you need, there are areas in Feralas where the bears and gorillas that you need are both found.

Since you only need 3 of each part, this quest goes pretty fast, once you have located the areas where the creatures are.

So far

Roc Gizzards: 3/5

Rocs: Fly to Gadgetzan (Tanaris) and run nearly straight south from the griffon area. There you will find skeletal remains of great beasts--there were 2 very near the town--and Rocs/Fire Rocs and Hyenas. I was able to get drops off both kinds of Rocs. Also, I had to kill about 40 to get my 3 gizzards.

Ironfur Bears: Fly to Feralas and go west. You will run into the bears fairly quickly. I killed 4 bears to get 3 livers.

Groddoc Apes: Continue west after killing bears (but beware of the level 55 mobs east on the path from the griffon area!), just past the first mountain range, but before the High Wilderness area. I killed 5 apes to get 3 livers.
