Speak with Ken'zigla at the Malaka'jin.

Description

He was stationed at Camp Taurajo, where we've been trying to weed out the quilboar. He led a few grunts to one of their camps, where he was hurt bad. The others made it back and tried to rescue him. He was in bad shape, his wounds festered, so they were afraid to move him without patching him up first.

They sent a message here, requesting a healing draught from the trolls at the Malaka'jin at the base of the Stonetalon Mountains. We sent someone to get it, but they haven't returned yet.

Ok Simple Leave Crossroads by West Road, to Honor Stand(39,29).
Just Before and Just after makes a good place to farm shards.
Proceed west to just exactly where it tells you "Stonetalon Mountains".
The roads are nearly impossible to see, there is a path up the mountain on the left.
Follow the path, past a campfire, up to the encampment and the guy you want is straight throught the camp (73,95).
NOTE: THE PATH IS CRUCIAL.
NOTE: Coods Change when you hit StoneTalon Mountains

ok, this ones hard to find.

go to that camp that is nw most point of barrens map. you know the one that has just a couple taurens there like a few feat from entering stone mountains.

head nw a few yards. take nw trail (not on road) this leadss to malak'jin or whatever its called

It is just like they said previously, follow WEST path all the way into Stonetalon from Crossroads - as soon as you "zone" you will see the path to your left slowly creeping upwards into the hills/mtns. Follow it around to the left and you will find it no problem.&nbsp The person you have to talk to is at coords 73,95 Malaka'jin village/camp/whatever

if u dont have a coords addon:

go into stonetalon heading west from barrens.
Hug the left/south wall, follow the path.

Once you enter stonetalon mountains head south. There is a path that runs along the side of the cliff that can lead you to malkajin without any fights. You have to make a left off it when you see a building to your left.

Just past Camp Aparaje you enter Greatwood Vale. You turn left at the fire on the left hand side of the ride just after entering GV, and this takes you Malak'jin

good thing to point out as well.. if you are playing on a pvp server, this is probably going to be the first time you enter a contested area and will be flagged for pvp automatically. i've never seen an alliance in this area before though so you should be safe.. just keep in mind you'll be flagged for 5 minutes on the walk back and Crossroads gets attacked 24/7. might not be a bad idea to bring a friend as backup just incase.

A better description would be...

Take the west road out of Crossroads to the StoneTalon mountains. Right on the edge of where it changes from The Barrens to the Stonetalon mountains. Right on the change from green fields to burnt brown fields there is the "main" road heading west and a small trail also heading west'ish but leading up the hill on the southern side of the main road.
Malak'jin is up on the hills to the south of the deserted Tauran Camp Aparajhe.
