Old Gerard Tiller gets awful thirsty doing farmwork all day, and has plenty of apples to give away. If you've got some spare Refreshing Spring Water, he's willing to trade it for a nice Shiny Red Apple.

Not exactly a quest, just a way for non-casters to trade water for food.

Doing this at lvl 6 doesn't seem to give any rep. Haven't tried it at lvl 1.
