Description

Many of my friends perished that horrible day when the mine tunnel caved in. If your adventures happen to bring you into that wing of the mine in Moonbrook, please keep an eye out for any sign which might identify them. If you come across any of their Miners' Union Cards, bring them back to me and I'll make sure their families get some resolution from this horrible accident.

OK there are two quests, one is where u need to get the Thistlenet badge from the Thistlenette and the other quest is to collect 4 badges from these undead dudes.

I don't know where u can find the quests.. I didn't do them myself, but helped another finsih the questes

Go into the Deadmines (not the instance), just the mines that lead to the instance portal
Go through as if you were going to the instance portal, but instead branch off and veer towards the area that is shaded purple on your minimap. If you can't see the purple area, try zooming out on your minimap.

U may have to wait on some respawns as there isn't a lot of mobs in that area..

Nettle boss is at the end of that little area

This quest is done outside of the Deadmines dungeon. There is a section of the area outside of Deadmines that is a lighter color on your mini-map. That's where the undead are and the undead carry these cards.

Skeletal miners and Undead Dynamiters are what you are looking for. You can find them at 40,82 in the deadmines.....NOT in the instance

Be careful while crossing the bridge in the mine on your way to the undead. If a single miner below the bridge gets pulled, you'll quickly find yourself getting stabbed by 3-4 adds.

As you get close to the VC instance you will come to a fork in the road and a small pit. If you go right, you can jump down, or do a lop around to the VC instance. If you go left you go into the "purple area". It is mostly pairs of elite 18-21. You will see Dynamiters and Undead. Any of them can drop the miners cards. Fairly common drop and you don't have to make it that far in if you want to just kill the first couple of pair. It gets a little tricky inside with aggro being a problem.

uhave to kill undeads outside of the instance in the deadmines there in a hallway&nbsp &nbsp hav a hunter track undead he will find them&nbsp &nbsp :)

I think the purple area is not in the instance. It's in 1 of the side tunnels otw to the portal.

Im a lvl 20 NE hunter and when I went to kill them with another 24 hunter we were able to kill like, 5 undeads and then wiped because they came in groups. Itd b good to either have a bigger group or have a healer included at least. As for finding the guy, it was easy enough for me. Just check the maps here on this site and walk aroun in that area, the Dwarven District isnt that big after all.

I would recomend also doing the Oh Brother... quest ( (Quest #167) ) while you are there since it is in the same area.

Just want to clear up that these undead that drop the cards are outside the actual instance portal.

Go into the indoor mine-like area, but stay on the level above the one with the instance portal. You go over a small bridge-type thing and enter an area that looks purple-ish on your minimap. Kill the undead for the cards, not that hard as long as you have a couple people with you =)

im not quite sure where to put this im new to this site (joined today) there is another quest ontop of the tower at sentinal hill it is the gaur on patroll up at the top you get a choice of 2 wepons i beleive

i found it hard to find him again after the quest before this (oh brother) thottbot showed that he can appear anywhere around dwarven district and sometimes in the keep. I found him in a small house in the corner of dwarven district eventually, very frustrating!

After reading your posts, I found the place with ease...It's not very difficult, completed it using a level 24 warrior with the help of a level 22 rogue. Just try killing them one at a time and not all at once, but i'm sure y'all already knew that...!
