Don't worry if you can't get this quest. If you speak to Klockmort once you have the fire hardened armour he will give you the quest (as long as you're the correct level)

This quest sounds like you need to do the Fire Hardened Hauberk as a prereq. Anyone know for sure?

Yes, seems there is a prereq. I got it after I got the fire mail armor.

You need to have completed the Fire Hardened hauberk for this quest. You end up back in Darkshire. You go up against the Vile Wearwolves again and need a named one inside the cave. He is a roamer and will come out to the front eventually. There are 20 drops needed and any of the werewolves in the area drop them, just not every time.

The reward is a fire Hardend Coif with +stamina and + agility. Gives you a better armor class than the Green helm made by Players but you lsoe the strength bonus.

Loc of the guy is 68,46, in Tinkertown, Ironforge, near the Engineers.
